John Mack has 16 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist. I became a massage therapist because of his experience with pain due to sports injuries, health conditions, and car accidents. Massage therapy drastically improved his overall wellness, both physically and psychologically. Through the rehabilitation process i’ve learned that 50% of healing starts with the mind, therefore, his goal is to teach the body to stimulate the central nervous system. With the mind and body functioning at full capacity, an improvement in lifestyle is sure to follow.
